The Westport Flea Market Burger - awesomeness and a fun place to chill out


Novella Soup Trolley’s Bacon, Pear and mustard on a loaf of fresh baked bread - Sounds weird, but holy bejesus, the greatest thing to come out of Independence, MO since Harry Truman.


The Triple BLT from The Peanut - My tears go out to the families of the pigs who sacrificed themselves to make this masterpiece.


And, saving the best for last, the Croque Madame from Westport Cafe and Bar - ham, cheese, mustard, butter, and a runny egg on top with fresh bread. My favorite sandwich in town from my favorite restaurant. Aaron consistently puts out great food, great service and atmosphere.
